Spiga

His parents paid £4,600 for Scott to have his 36DDD chest removed. However, he could not afford the gender surgery, so still has female organs. Thomas, who used to be called Laura, had a hysterectomy and gender reassignment surgery last year.

Scott plans to have a natural birth at their local hospital. Their doctor and obstetrician have told the medics at the local hospital. ‘We didn't want everyone to be shocked when a man turns up to give birth,’ Scott said.‘We found it very difficult to get a doctor and midwife at first. It was hard when people didn't want to treat me.

Dollar Cafe: World’s most expensive wallpapers

What could be the world’s most expensive wallpaper made of? Of money, obviously! I just came across an interesting post about the Money Pubs in the US where money is being put on the walls, dollar bill by dollar bill. The two money pubs mentioned are the No Name Pub that started in 1931 in Big Pine Key, FL as a general store and the McGuire’s Irish Pub that opened in 1977. In the 70’s and 80’s, the No Name Pub became widely famous because of Jimmy Buffet popularity. People started coming and so their money and that money started being put on the walls, dollar bill by dollar bill. The thirty year results can be seen in the pictures. Startlingly, there is over $750,000 in singles hanging on the walls and from the ceiling.

On the other hand, McGuire’s Irish Pub has an interesting story with money wallpapers. Molly, the Pub’s first waitress, took her first dollar tip and stapled it on the wall. Since that day, there has been over $550,000 in dollar bills stuck on the walls and ceiling. The best thing is that these dollar bills have been artistically stuck on the walls and ceiling.

If you’re a sucker for cute furry animals then you’ll be in for a treat over at Dark Roasted Blend, who this week have collated a spread of some of the not-so-well-known primates of the planet.
The “Aww” inducing list includes the titchy thumb-sized pygmy marmoset monkey, named after the French word marmouset, which means shrimp, or dwarf, “They range in length from 5 to 6 inches not including the tail, which is an amazing 6 to 8 inches,” say DRB. There are 18 recorded species of marmoset and, unlike other monkeys they have claws rather than nails, tactile hairs on their wrists and lack wisdom teeth, making them slightly more primitive than other monkeys.

Pygmy marmosets are found in the rainforests of Brazil, Ecuador, Peru and Columbia. They live in the upper canopy of the forest, no doubt to steer clear of bigger, heavier predators, and survive on an omnivorous diet of fruit, leaves, insects, small reptiles and their favorite nibble, tree sap. Specialized incisors enable the marmoset to gnaw through even the toughest tree bark, allowing easy access to their favorite gummy fluid.

Living in groups of two to six, usually consisting of a breeding pair plus their offspring, marmoset families are fiercely territorial often defending an area of up to 100 acres – that’s a lot of rainforest for the midget mammals. Don’t expect to see them in the wild though; they’re nippy little blighters and move like lighting through the trees, so you’ll have to make do with these sweet pics instead.

  •    The Island Of The Dolls – A Dark Tourist Attraction In Mexico

A world renowned tourist destination is “La Isla de la Munecas”- a Spanish name which means the Island of the dolls. This Island of dolls is situated in Mexico and as the name suggests, one expects to see a beautiful world which will leave an everlasting impression. But the reality is exactly opposite and very harsh when one discovers the thousands of mutilated ugly dolls hanging from every tree on the island.

Don Julian Santana, a hermit who renounced the world and his family to inhabit this island dedicated his last fifty years of his life to the make the “La Isla de la Munecas”. It is believed that, he did this to please the spirit of a little girl who had drowned in the canal. Whatever may be the reason, he managed to turn this island into a bizarre, scary place where an eerie eye of mutilated dolls haunts your every move, on this strange island.

Don Julian is said to have led an isolated life ,except when he ventured to collect old dolls that he either scavenged from the garbage dump or bought in exchange for his homegrown fruits and vegetables. Personally one is made to believe that he obviously did not like intrusion and tried to scare off inquisitive onlookers by hanging scary doll faces. In 2001, Don Julian was discovered drowned to his death in the same canal surrounding his home. Don Julian is dead to the world but his eerie disturbed vision stays on, in the faces of lifeless dolls mutilated and hung in the worst forms of human torture and punishment.

This is a ghostly sight that serves as a dark tourist attraction especially for the young generation who is fascinated by gore and death. Many visitors are overwhelmed by the dead childish faces of dolls that never lived but appear to haunt this place, always looking at us as though we were responsible for their deaths.
